I have had over 20 years experience in the natural therapy industry. I have completed the following:-

I am currently focused on energy healing techniques including Reiki for animals and people.

In the future I hope to include more with colour.

I am currently only taking bookings for Reiki and Horstmann Technique where I can around current work/circumstances.  Distance Reiki can be arranged for those that livee to far away or simply cannot make it to my practice.

Reiki is a hands on energy technique and can also be sent by distance.  This process helps promote relaxation and  assists in reducing stress.

​​

Horstmann Technique uses and holding point and manoeuvre of the limb/s to promote better body alignment and can be used on people fully clothed and also animals such as cats and dogs.
